Job Title: Procurement ManagerLocation: NoidaExperience: 7+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for electrical, automation, and mechanical components, including vendor qualification and performance monitoring.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize cost and maintain strong supplier relationships.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels, purchase orders, and procurement schedules to ensure uninterrupted production and project execution.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to forecast material requirements and manage procurement budgets.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and dashboards for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement best practices, including vendor rationalization.</li><li>Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new technologies in industrial automation and electrical components.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. MBA preferred.</li><li>7 &ndash; 12 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in industrial automation, electrical, or manufacturing sectors.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of procurement processes, purchase orders, contracts, and inventory management systems.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li></ul>Key Competencies <ul><li>Vendor relationship management</li><li>Strategic sourcing and cost optimization</li><li>Risk management and compliance</li><li>Supply chain planning and inventory control</li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
