 🚀 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing

 Develop, maintain, and enhance
 
 interactive Tableau dashboards
 
 that visualize financial and operational performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write and optimize
 
 SQL queries in Snowflake
 
 to extract, structure, and analyze large data sets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver
 
 insights that connect data to financial outcomes
 
 &mdash; identifying trends, cost drivers, and revenue opportunities.

 <li>
 Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to support
 
 budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy

 </li>
 <li>
 Translate complex data into clear, actionable business stories that drive decision-making.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 🧠 What You Bring
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience as a
 
 Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Financial Data Specialist
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in
 
 Tableau
 
 and
 
 Snowflake
 
 &mdash; with
 
 strong SQL
 
 skills that make you the go-to for deep data pulls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 financial acumen
 
 , with the ability to tie metrics to ROI, profitability, and growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 telecom
 
 or
 
 e-commerce
 
 (or another high-volume, data-rich environment).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 Python
 
 or
 
 R
 
 for advanced analytics, automation, or statistical modeling (a major plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 A problem-solver&rsquo;s mindset &mdash; curious, resourceful, and obsessed with finding meaning behind the numbers.
