About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and people-centric HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our fast-growing fashion brand. The role involves managing talent acquisition, employee life cycle, culture building, and HR compliance aligned with the creative and fast-paced fashion environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, design teams, and corporate functions</li><li>Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices across the organization</li><li>Handle onboarding, training, and performance management systems</li><li>Strengthen company culture and employee engagement activities</li><li>Manage payroll, attendance, and HRMS systems with accuracy</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Shops &amp; Establishment Act, etc.)</li><li>Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment</li><li>Identify talent needs and workforce planning for business expansion</li><li>Support leadership in developing compensation structures and increments</li><li>Organize learning &amp; development initiatives for store and corporate employees</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification</li><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience in hiring for Fashion/Retail is a big plus</li><li>Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving, creative environment</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and industry-specific compliance</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to grow with an expanding fashion brand</li><li>Creative and energetic work culture</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
