We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical Financial &ndash; Commercial Analyst to support budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance analysis across departments, including Operations, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and New Center Planning. The ideal candidate is comfortable playing with numbers, uncovering insights, and connecting financial data with business actions. They will help identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities across all cost and revenue centers to optimize commercial performance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, manage, and update budgets across functions (Ops, Marketing, Sales, BD).</li><li>Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance including variance analysis.</li><li>Build financial models for setting up new centers, launches, or expansion plans.</li><li>Analyze spend trends and flag areas of concern or inefficiencies across departments.</li><li>Break down marketing and operational expenses to per-customer metrics, cost centers, and activities.</li><li>Recommend budget reallocation based on performance indicators and business priorities.</li><li>Compare actuals vs targets for sales, marketing, and BD initiatives.</li><li>Monitor conversion funnel metrics, pricing impact, and ROI of campaigns.</li><li>Support revenue optimization by identifying profitable segments and pricing levers.</li><li>Work with all teams to consolidate and analyze data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.</li><li>Ensure cohesive and timely reporting on KPIs for each department and location.</li><li>Maintain baseline financial and operational metrics for comparison and forecasting.</li><li>Assist GM &ndash; Commercial with data analysis and insight generation to support strategic initiatives.</li><li>Prepare clear, data-driven reports and summaries to inform key decisions.</li><li>Provide input on improving operational efficiency and long-term planning.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in financial analysis, commercial strategy, or business analytics.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.</li><li>Working knowledge of accounting systems and CRM/ERP software (e.g., QuickPay, Odoo).</li><li>Solid understanding of key metrics: ROI, CAC, LTV, per-seat cost, occupancy, burn rate, etc.</li><li>Sharp analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial data with integrity.</li></ul>Preferred Qualities: <ul><li>Experience in real estate, co-working, retail, or commercial operations.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and across multiple departments.</li><li>Self-starter with the discipline to manage time and tasks with minimal oversight.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
