<div>Position Purpose:
District Execution Managers (DEMs) are responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and execution of all Merchandising Services activities within their district of assigned retail stores. This includes General Service Guidelines, Projects, Resets, and other assigned services. They are responsible for communication with their customers which include the District Manager and the key point of contact for Suppliers in their assigned market. 
DEMs are accountable for the overall performance of teams of managers, supervisors and associates that operate during the day and at night. These teams create an inviting shopping environment and enhance the customer experience by ensuring merchandising strategies and programs are executed successfully, as directed by the Regional Director Merchandising Execution (RDME) and Merchandising Services organization.

District Execution Manager - Merchandising Execution Team

<div>Position Purpose:
The Transportation Supervisor will lead an hourly team and influence the entire distribution team to complete the work required to run the distribution center in an efficient, safe and productive manner. Supervisor will be responsible for management of the team members under his/her supervision. Role is responsible for ensuring prompt, efficient and accurate handling of merchandise and development and implementation of team goals. Role is responsible for hiring, evaluation, development, discipline, and termination of hourly associates. Supervisor has management responsibility for 20 top to 30 hourly associates. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
45% Managing Process: Executes transportation functions of the facility in according to budgetary cost goals, operating standards, and performance metrics. DC Area Supervisor

<div>Position Purpose:
Specialty Assistant Store Manager in Training (SASM-IT) will gain hands-on experience in the key responsibilities and functions of a Specialty Assistant Store Manager at The Home Depot. The SASM - it will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development. During their training, they will become familiar with Manager on Duty responsibilities and gain insight into overseeing the Specialty and Pro Departments. Support the planning and execution of Asset Protection innovation and technology projects with a focus on CCTV camera strategy and video management systems (VMS). Asset Protection Business Analyst

<div>Position Purpose:
Update travel to 30% to Fort Mill Campus
The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading the sourcing strategy, commercial governance, supplier performance, and operational alignment required to support HDES&rsquo;s Equipment Services organization. This role ensures that HDES maintains a reliable, cost‑efficient, and high‑performing supplier ecosystem for parts, equipment, technology, and operational services.
This position plays a critical role in sustaining operations at the Non‑Retail Consolidation Center (NRCC)&mdash;HDES&rsquo;s central hub for materials flow, parts consolidation, vendor compliance, and outbound distribution. The Strategic Sourcing Manager ensures every supplier supports NRCC operations through contractual commitments, technical data delivery, packaging standards, and performance metrics aligned to HDES operational requirements.
The role ensures that OEMs and suppliers provide required technical materials, digital resources, and operational data, while the sourcing team governs delivery&mdash;not produces content.

Strategic Sourcing Manager (Equipment Services)

<div>Position Purpose:
The Sr. Analyst SEO is responsible for driving organic growth and visibility to assigned product categories, site segments, and experiences on homedepot.com. The Sr. Analyst will analyze website performance and follow Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to identify and implement optimization strategies to ensure homedepot.com ranks competitively for targeted keywords. This role will require coordination with internal business teams, engineering partners, third party service providers, and vendors. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
20 % Cross-functional partnership- Meet with key stakeholders and business partners to align on opportunities and risks, strategic priorities, and to share category/site level insights. Represent SEO for assigned categories and work with partners to ensure SEO metrics are understood and prioritized into overall workstreams.</li><li>
10% Professional Development and Process Improvement- Staying informed on the latest industry changes with SEO and working to incorporate new strategies into existing processes.</li><li>
25% Project planning and implementation- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan, prioritize, and implement SEO optimizations.</li><li>
15% Reporting &amp; Measurement- Track the performance of assigned categories/functions, measure the impact of SEO optimization projects, and provide data-driven insights for continued improvement.</li><li>
30% SEO Strategy and Analysis- Monitor keyword/site performance and conduct research to identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and content visibility.</li></ul>
