We offer transformative treatments including custom facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, extractions, buccal slimming, lymphatic facials, laser procedures, and more &mdash; all delivered in a luxurious, client-centered environment.Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented, experienced Licensed Esthetician with laser experience for our Englewood location on a commission-based model.This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional with an established book of business who wants high earning potential while being part of a growing, high-end med spa team. You will provide premium esthetic services and bring your existing clientele to help drive growth at our Englewood spa.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver exceptional esthetic services including (but not limited to): Honey Dipped Signature Facial, Glass Skin Facial, Extraction Facial, Dermaplane Facial, Microneedling Facial, Lymphatic Facial, Buccal Slimming Facial, Post-Op Facial, laser treatments, and other advanced skincare procedures.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging and expanding your existing clientele.</li><li>Collaborate with our medical team (nurses and injectors) for integrated care such as post-op recovery and complementary treatments.</li><li>Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and adhere to all Colorado state regulations, sanitation, and safety standards.</li><li>Stay current with skincare trends, product knowledge, laser technology, and continuing education in medical aesthetics.</li><li>Contribute to a positive, wellness-focused team environment and help promote the spa&rsquo;s holistic philosophy.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Active Colorado Esthetician License (required).</li><li>Laser experience required &ndash; demonstrated proficiency with medical-grade laser treatments (hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation correction, etc.).</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of professional experience as a licensed esthetician in a spa, salon, or medical setting (medical aesthetics experience strongly preferred).</li><li>Established clientele &ndash; must have your own loyal client base that you can bring to the Englewood location.</li><li>Proficiency in advanced facial treatments, extractions, lymphatic drainage techniques, dermaplaning, microneedling, and laser procedures.</li><li>Passion for holistic wellness, post-op care, and client-centered results.</li><li>Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a warm, approachable demeanor.</li><li>Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative med spa environment.</li><li>Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including some evenings/weekends).</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Commission-Based: Competitive commission split with high earning potential based on services performed, client retention, and peptide sales.
