Ensure all schedules are confirmed daily with a goal of zero errors</li><li>
Meet with Billing Manager/Supervisor to discuss and resolve schedule confirming issues</li><li>
Maintain complete, timely and accurate documentation of all schedule confirming issues in order to resolve them in a timely manner</li><li>
Meet weekly schedule confirming deadlines to ensure accurate billing and payroll</li><li>
Run and analyze billing reports daily to ensure accuracy</li><li>
Minimize schedule confirming errors</li><li>
Maintains confidentiality of and compliance with all company and patient information in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, HIPPA regulations and Company policies.</li><li>
Any additional duties as requested by management</li></ul></li><div></div><li><div> 
What&rsquo;s required:</div><ul><li>
HHA Exchange+ experience preferred</li><li>
Computer skills</li><li>
Responsible use of confidential information</li><li>
Strong written and verbal skills</li><li>
Ability to multi-task</li><li>
Must be highly organized and detail oriented, and capable of performing under a variety of requirements and deadlines with minimal supervision</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul>
Shift &amp; Training Requirements:<ul><li>
8A-5P work week, 30-hour work week with opportunity for more</li><li>
Must be in agreement with online software and systems monitoring.</li></ul>
