Site Supervisor (Civil, Landscape &amp; Interior) &ndash; Roles &amp; ResponsibilitiesJob Summary: The Site Supervisor will manage daily on-site operations for civil, landscape, and interior fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating manpower, ensuring quality execution, enforcing safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities: Civil Works<ul><li>Supervise civil construction activities including blockwork, plastering, flooring, concreting, and structural tasks.</li><li>Ensure all civil works follow approved drawings, standards, and project specifications.</li><li>Monitor material usage, workmanship quality, and site progress.</li></ul>Landscape Works<ul><li>Oversee softscape and hardscape activities, including planting, irrigation, natural grass, paving, pergolas, and water features.</li><li>Verify plant quality, layout, and installation according to design plans.</li><li>Coordinate landscape materials delivery (plants, sand, gravel, paving, lighting, etc.).</li><li>Ensure correct installation of irrigation systems and outdoor lighting.</li></ul>Interior Fit-Out Works<ul><li>Supervise interior works such as partitions, ceiling, flooring, carpentry, joinery, painting, and MEP coordination.</li><li>Ensure finishes meet design approval and high-quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with designers for layout changes, site modifications, and material selections.</li></ul>General Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to maintain smooth workflow.</li><li>Enforce HSE standards and conduct daily safety checks and toolbox talks.</li><li>Prepare daily progress reports, site diaries, and submit updates to management.</li><li>Conduct inspections with consultants and clients for approvals.</li><li>Manage site housekeeping, logistics, and equipment use.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.</li><li>Monitor schedules and inform management of delays or challenges.</li><li>Verify measurements and assist in preparing BOQs and material requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in civil, landscape, or interior site supervision.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical details.</li><li>Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations (preferred).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license required.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExpected Start Date: 10/12/2025
