Job Summary:
 The Creative Account Manager&rsquo;s mission is to have full oversight and accountability for scope, schedule, quality and budget of campaigns spanning creative through final file delivery across multiple high-value clients. This role will be responsible for client and internal communication resulting in the seamless execution of campaigns and projects and may often serve as a resource to entry and mid-level Creative Account Managers.
Job Description:<ul><li>
Own client communication and manage client expectations on campaign level.</li><li>
Manage internal development of creative through digital or manufacture production, collaborating with creative team, Premedia Leads, Account Managers, and Digital Producers, obtaining internal approvals.</li><li>
Develop estimates and proposals, based on account pricing strategies determined by account services, and manage budgets throughout the duration of the campaign through final billing. Responsible for managing budgets for maximum profitability.</li><li>
Plan and manage creative campaign schedules in collaboration with Account Directors, Account Managers, Premedia Leads, and Digital Producers, while driving and overseeing project milestones.</li><li>
Set expectations and provide creative intent to assigned Creative Directors or clear direction to the execution teams based on constant communication with client.
</li><li>Prepare agendas, organize and conduct kick off and ongoing status meetings.</li><li>
Oversee project resources allocation with Creative Director and Creative Resource Manager, including coordination with freelancer and in-house resources.</li><li>
Coordinate with Digital Producers, Premedia and Color Leads to ensure work is meeting the overall creative intent and client expectations.
</li><li>Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure file delivery hand-off is complete for Product Teams.</li><li>
Provide ongoing progress updates to all other stakeholders.</li><li>
Ownership of quality assurance from start to finish for creative through file deliverables, including comps and proofs.</li><li>
Analyzes operation, trends and costs for billing purposes.
</li></ul>Supervisory Responsibilities:<ul><li>
 Acts as a backup resource to other Creative Account Managers</li><li>
Project supervision of all assigned team resources</li></ul>
Pay Rate:
$80,000 - $110,000
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications of Position:<ul><li>
Minimum 8 years professional experience in a project management discipline</li><li>
Agency and/or Entertainment industry experience a plus</li><li>
Prior experience with Theatrical Displays, Out-of-Home Stunt Boards, or other manufactured displays</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications of Position:<ul><li>
10 years of Account Management experience</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field preferred</li><li>
Strong inner drive to care about delivering excellence in customer service, building strong business relationships, and meeting and exceeding expectations at all levels.</li><li>
Highly motivated and driven to produce extraordinary results.</li><li>

Creative Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Production Artist will be responsible for providing production support to our creative team and accounts. These responsibilities include creating adaptive creative layouts, retouching, preparing digital assets and/or files for print manufacturing. The production artist sets the foundation for a successful workflow process to ensure projects meet client expectations.

Collaborating with Creative Account Managers to create adaptive layouts for entertainment and consumer brand clients.</li><li>
Provide production support to assigned accounts by reviewing comp files, creating templates, and building production mechanicals for final delivery.

</li><li>Comfortable producing deliverables for both print and digital.</li><li>

Pay Statement
The national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Requirements:

Job Summary:
The Creative Graphic Designer develops innovative, high-quality graphic designs by conducting researching, collaborating with staff and clients, applying creative direction, and delivering world-class visual and user-interaction solutions. 
Job Description:<ul><li>
Serves customers by advising, creating, and developing graphic designs, layouts, print and/ or web ready solutions across a variety of mediums to meet client expectations and needs.
</li><li>Completes projects by compiling information, working within established timelines, and providing feedback to the Creative Manager. May partner with sales and clients, as directed, to help set realistic schedules.
</li><li>Maintains created and supplied files, e-mails, conversations, and info in an organized and standardized filing system.</li><li>
Contributes to operating efficiency and quality by recommending and following new and existing procedures.
</li><li>Verifies creative results by reviewing projects, sales and customer feedback and conducting audits of design production.</li><li>
Maintains product quality and project consistency by evaluating outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating marketing trends and anticipating requirements.

Ability to implement page layout and basic design.</li><li>
