 Job Responsibilities

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions for digital products.

 Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and their implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

 Job Requirements

 Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Sketch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work for web and mobile applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
