Key Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Operations Management<ul><li>Lead and own the daily functioning of the warehouse including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.</li><li>Ensure all operational activities meet required SLAs, safety standards, and process adherence.</li><li>Implement and continuously improve SOPs for each function across the warehouse.</li></ul>2. TAT &amp; Process Monitoring<ul><li>Ensure Inbound TAT (Turnaround Time) is within defined benchmarks from GRN to put-away.</li><li>Maintain strict Outbound TAT targets to enable timely dispatch and delivery.</li><li>Track and improve RU (Ready to Use) percentage by ensuring inventory is processed and sellable promptly.</li></ul>3. Warehouse Space Utilization<ul><li>Strategically optimize warehouse layout and bin management to maximize storage and throughput.</li><li>Monitor space usage metrics and forecast capacity needs for future scaling.</li></ul>4. Ticket &amp; Escalation Management<ul><li>Own and resolve all warehouse-related escalations from internal teams, delivery partners, or marketplaces.</li><li>Ensure timely closure of tickets with root-cause identification and preventive actions.</li></ul>5. Manpower Efficiency &amp; Management<ul><li>Plan, train, and manage the warehouse workforce (permanent and contract).</li><li>Drive improvements in productivity (orders handled per person) and enforce discipline, quality, and safety protocols.</li><li>Lead staffing planning for peak sales periods, new launches, or store openings.</li></ul>6. Cost Optimization<ul><li>Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in warehousing, packaging, and logistics.</li><li>Work with 3PLs and vendors to reduce cost per shipment while maintaining quality.</li><li>Monitor and control usage of consumables and overheads.</li></ul>7. Inventory Accuracy &amp; Audits<ul><li>Drive cycle count processes, periodic audits, and zero-tolerance policy for shrinkage or stock discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain &gt;99% inventory accuracy across channels.</li></ul>8. Cross-functional Coordination<ul><li>Act as a central point of contact between Supply Chain, Marketplace, D2C, Tech, Catalog, and Customer Service teams.</li><li>Collaborate with business and planning teams for inward flow, RTVs, and seasonal planning.</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Proficient with WMS platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.</li><li>Working knowledge of Unicommerce, Shopify, or similar order management tools is preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in managing warehouse operations for fashion, lifestyle, or high-SKU businesses is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and build scalable processes.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, team leadership, and data analysis skills.</li></ul>Why Join TIGC?At The Indian Garage Co., we&rsquo;re building one of India&rsquo;s most loved fashion brands.
