   This role will be the Sales Head for our upcoming hotel Vivanta Indore.

   Achieves Room Revenue, Banquet and Outlet budget Revpar and other revenue budgets to be achieved.

   EBITDA margins to be in line with the hotel revenue.
  </li>
  <li>
   Budget planning to be done before the Financial Year.
  </li>
  <li>
   Sales plan to be submitted based on quarterly basis &amp; segment wise details to be formulated.
  </li>
  <li>
   Functions as the strategic business leader of the hotels' Sales Department and is responsible for property reactive sales.
  </li>
  <li>
   Functions as the strategic business leader of the hotels' Sales Department and is responsible for property proactive account sales and segment sales, local and social catering sales, business travel sales, reservation sales and destination sales.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for achieving revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction and the financial performance of the department.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conducts meetings for the entire team to ensure effective &amp; synchronized approach for achieving the targets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyzes the Sales force client engagement along with the team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Submits RPF as per the guidelines received.
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaises with the credit manager to review the credit status.
  </li>
  <li>
   Co-ordinates with the Head of Finance to ensure all TPAM points are adhered to.
  </li>
  <li>
   Engages with Media companies for regular hotel coverage.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyses the competition information along with Sales Manager &amp; team for effective pricing of the hotel.
  </li>
  <li>
   Plans Sales Blitz &amp; reviews reports for the feeder cities for the hotel.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develops strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness.
  </li>
