Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation is seeking a motivated Asset Management Analyst to support the financial and operational performance of a diverse real estate portfolio across private equity and non-traded REIT platforms. This role reports directly to the Assistant Vice President and offers hands-on exposure to asset management, financial analysis, and value-creation initiatives across multiple property types.

What You’ll Do
 As an Asset Management Analyst, you will partner closely with Asset Managers and cross-functional teams to analyze performance, support investment decisions, and help execute asset-level business plans. Key responsibilities include:
 <ul>
<li>Collaborate with asset management, property management, accounting, operations, and due diligence teams to gather data and perform financial analyses that support decision-making</li>
<li>Assist in the review of annual operating and capital budgets, including analysis of revenue, operating expenses, and capital expenditure (CapEx) projections</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain cost/benefit analyses for CapEx and property improvement projects</li>
<li>Track progress and performance of CapEx and value-add initiatives</li>
<li>Analyze monthly and quarterly operating statements, comparing actual performance to budgets and original investment projections</li>
<li>Support hold/sell analyses and other investment-level evaluations</li>
<li>Assist with property dispositions, including due diligence coordination, transaction support, and responding to broker and buyer requests</li>
<li>Create, monitor, and report on key performance metrics at the asset and portfolio level</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections as needed (travel required)</li>
</ul>
Travel Requirements
 <ul>
<li>Occasional travel required for site visits</li>
<li>Up to 10% travel, including day trips and occasional overnight stays (1–3 nights)</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
 Education
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field</li>
<li>Equivalent professional experience may be considered</li>
</ul>
Experience
 <ul>
<li>0–1 years of finance or accounting experience preferred</li>
<li>Real estate–related experience is a plus, but not required</li>
</ul>
Skills & Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Working knowledge of financial concepts such as NOI, IRR, cash-on-cash returns, discounted cash flow, and present value</li>
<li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required</li>
<li>Familiarity with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat preferred</li>
<li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li>
</ul>

Annual Base Salary Range: $66,000-$75,000. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus program.
