The Inn at Library Way is currently searching for a Wellness Coordinator for our beautiful community in Hilllard. May need to work the floor if short staffed. Hours can be discussed upon interview.<ul><li>Plan and direct all functions of the nursing departments in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li>Administrative duties including but not limited to completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as needed.</li><li>Evaluate nurses' documentation to ensure notes are informative, describe the care being provided, and reflect the resident's response to the care. Confirm that care is performed per Resident's requests.</li><li>Responsible for overseeing the Resident Assistants and Nurses schedule and hiring to ensure coverage for all shifts.</li></ul>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:<ul><li>Hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university and have a current/valid state Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)</li><li>Supervisory/management skills</li><li>Experience working in a LTC environment</li><li>Good critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Medical Specialty:<ul><li>Geriatrics</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Supervising experience: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>LPN or RN License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
