If we can provide this for owners, managers, service advisors, technicians, and any other automotive professionals out there, it raises our industry&mdash;even if it's just one shop at a time.&quot;Position Overview: The Content Marketing &amp; Multimedia Specialist is a hands-on creative role focused on bringing our brand and campaigns to life through video, design, and multimedia production.You will be the visual storyteller, producing the photos, videos, graphics, and media assets that fuel our campaigns and events.Working closely with the marketing and production team, you&rsquo;ll create engaging, high-quality multimedia content that drives awareness, engagement, and attendance for our programs, intensives, and events.This position may include occasional travel to support live events and onsite media production.This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who wants to combine marketing with production and strengthen The Institute&rsquo;s brand presence across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Multimedia Production:</li><li>Plan, shoot, and edit video content for events, promotions, testimonials, training, and social campaigns.</li><li>Edit and adapt video content for both long-form platforms (YouTube, website, training) and short-form platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).</li><li>Manage and grow The Institute&rsquo;s YouTube presence, including editing, publishing schedules, SEO optimization, and monetization strategies.</li><li>Capture and edit photography for marketing campaigns and live events.</li><li>Support live event media needs, such as audio/video setup and recording (may include travel).</li><li>Content &amp; Design:</li><li>Create graphics, visuals, and marketing assets using Canva Pro (bonus if Adobe Creative Suite experience).</li><li>Design social media content, thumbnails, reels, and video graphics that align with brand guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing &amp; Communications Specialist to turn written campaigns into multimedia deliverables.</li><li>Digital Marketing Support:</li><li>Assist with social media publishing and scheduling to showcase media content.</li><li>Contribute to email campaigns and promotions with supporting visuals.</li><li>Assist in the creation and management of creatives, messaging, and offers related to paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, or LinkedIn), including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.</li><li>Track content performance metrics and provide insights on what resonates with target audience(s).</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Production, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field OR equivalent professional experience (education can be substituted with work experience).</li><li>1+ years of experience in multimedia production, content creation, or digital marketing.</li><li>Proficiency in video production and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Davinci or similar).</li><li>Strong photography, videography, and graphic design skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with media channel management and monetization.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, CRMs, etc.).</li><li>Graphic design experience in Canva Pro (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).</li><li>Copywriting skills for video scripts, ad copy, or captions.</li><li>Event support experience (live streaming, AV, media coverage).</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Meaningful Impact: Contribute to a team that aims to make a positive impact on businesses and individuals in the automotive industry.</li><li>Career Development: Opportunities for continuous learning and growth in a nurturing environment.</li><li>Collaborative Environment: Work within a team that values honesty, integrity, compassion, and mutual success.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Email marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ogden, UT 84405
