Position SummaryION is seeking a detail-oriented and organized graphic designer to produce programs, presentations, advertisements, and executive presentations for technical meetings, conferences, and events. The designers will support all programs, work closely with internal staff and external vendors to deliver quality products on time, within budget, and in alignment with ION&rsquo;s mission and standards. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Creation of conference programs and promotional materials</li><li>Management of all graphic content</li><li>Creation of onsite signs, banners, and awards</li><li>Support internal staff with administrative tasks and logistics</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficient in InDesign, Adobe, Illustrator, Canva, and PowerPoint</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent professional experience</li><li>Must be a U.S. citizen with no criminal background (background check will be conducted)</li><li>2 years of experience in graphic design or an equivalent degree</li><li>Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills</li><li>Physical requirements include the ability to move, pack, and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsION offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:<ul><li>$30-$35 per hour based on experience</li><li>403(b) retirement plan with generous 7% matching and an additional 10% employer contribution</li></ul>Work Environment/Location<ul><li>Manassas, VA professional office (no remote work)</li><li>In-person position; no telecommuting will be considered</li><li>Working hours 9 a.m. &ndash; 1 p.m. (20 hours per week with additional hours required in some weeks); days per week negotiable</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume to Lbeaty@ion.org.
