&middot; Opportunity to join a growing healthcare group as a receptionist&middot; The role requires a broad range of skills, including customer service and administration&middot; The clinics are busy and a positive team mentality is required: no task is too big or too small, whether it is tidying a treatment room, helping a patient or closing out the daily accounts&middot; This is a great opportunity for an ambitious employee to work in a very high quality environmentKEY RESPONSIBILITIES&middot; Customer Service - the clinics see many patients per day, and ensuring they are seen quickly and efficiently is critical.&middot; Greeting patients in a timely and polite manner at reception, directing them to the waiting area and informing the therapist of the patient&rsquo;s arrival&middot; Taking patient payments after their appointment, either in cash or using a PoS machine&middot; Answering the phones, booking appointments for patients in a computer bookings system&middot; Responding to email enquiries, including booking appointments for patients in a computer bookings system&middot; Explaining to patients how the clinic works, including prices, appointment times, insurance etc.&middot; Administration &ndash; most patients are subject to Supreme Council of Health Regulations requiring accurate patient files&middot; Ensuring there are adequate numbers of all intake forms, patient notes, insurance and other forms printed&middot; Ensuring patients receive only the correct forms on their first / follow up visits&middot; Entering patient data into the online patient database&middot; Managing the patient database and schedule in the online Customer Relationship Management systemRequired Skills &amp; Experience&middot; Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English&middot; Excellent attitude, working hard in a quality team to provide the best customer service&middot; Experience in customer service or administration, with a desire to do bothJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you speak Tagalog?</li></ul>
