 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 Providing business and administrative support and coordination in all required HR areas and being responsible for assisting every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Work closely with the School Director on the manpower planning, prepare the first draft of staffing needs, and send to the HR Manager and Regional Director.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer attendance and leaves in own school, follow up on employee&rsquo;s records, and raise attendance issues to direct supervisor, School Director and HRM for corrective action when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all recruitment activities related to local and expat staff such as but not limited to, posting vacancies on SABIS&reg; Careers and other recruitment websites, screening and shortlisting resumes, organizing technical tests / demo lessons, conducting 1st interview, scheduling interviews with the line managers, and conducting reference checks.
 </li>

 Write feedback and keep candidates&rsquo; files and applications updated on SABIS&reg; Careers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect required documents from new joiners, prepare and follow up on the Letter of Intent (LOI), employment contracts, confidentiality and waiver agreement, etc.

 <li>
 Organize and ensure proper implementation of the orientation programs for new and returning staff members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and follow up on the induction programs for new joiners and coordinate all logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle the issuance and renewal of insurance policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and organize the HR files and keep all records up-to-date (both soft and hard).
 </li>

 Follow up and ensure a proper implementation and compliance with all internal policies and procedures, and raise concerns to School Director and HR Manager.
 </li>

 Organize and handle the HR roundtables in own school and share a consolidated report with the School Director and HR Manager.
 </li>

 Develop and follow-up on Performance Improvement Plans and Talent Development Programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that Classroom Observations are being done in an efficient and effective manner throughout the academic year and inform the School Director and HR Manager of any delays.

 Update all HR related documents and websites such as the Employee Handbook, Onboarding Website, etc.

 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies that can make a difference for SABIS&reg; success according to the latest trends and the customer requirements.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns and promotional strategies, involving a combination of aspects from advertising, public relations, campaign planning, events management, and market research.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining relationships with media vendors, publishers, and suppliers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring progress of campaigns using various metrics and submitting reports of performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing the marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as a vital force in the creation and distribution of all varieties of marketing materials.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Ideal Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Brand Management is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 English and Arabic proficient
 </li>
 <li>
 A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrating professional behavior and ethical conduct
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivering results
 </li>
 <li>
 Seeking continuous improvement
 </li>
