Job Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of digital communication.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to enhance content visibility and engagement.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening.</li><li>Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).</li><li>Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.</li><li>Foster relationships with influencers and public relations contacts to enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing and e-commerce to keep strategies relevant.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.</li><li>Familiarity with branding principles and e-commerce strategies is desirable.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a knack for proofreading content effectively.
