Builds, maintains, and enhances automation tools, including Excel VBA macros and Google Sheets scripts, and leads process improvement initiatives involving workflow optimization, data governance, and business intelligence tool development</li><li>
Ensures data integrity and consistency across internal tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting systems for leasing, financial, capital, and operational information</li><li>
Provides analytical and underwriting support when evaluating leases, tenant credit worthiness, capital investments, new development projects, and acquisition opportunities</li><li>

Support campaign optimization, budget management, and digital strategy.
