Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Interpret work orders and carry out assigned tasks with minimal direction. Accurately enter and close work orders using the Service software platform.</li>
<li>Operate a variety of tools, equipment, and machines necessary for daily operations.</li>
<li>Request and requisition repair parts, materials, and equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Perform all work in compliance with established safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards.</li>
<li>Take on additional assignments and responsibilities as needed or requested.</li>

Required Education &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Completion of a one‑ or two‑year technical program in HVAC Service/Technology PLUS the corresponding HVAC experience required for Journeyman qualification.</li>
<li>Must possess CFC/EPA Universal Certification.</li>
<li>Proficient in HVAC‑R equipment and techniques, with the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and applicable industry standards.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergency on‑call assignments as needed.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally, ethically, and in alignment with our values and mission.</li>
<li>Computer proficiency with the ability to learn and use a service software platform.</li>
</ul>
Other Details:

<li>This position will support the Windsor, CO territory and surrounding areas.</li>
