Job Overview The Social Media and Marketing Manager will drive the organization&rsquo;s digital strategy with a focus on social media and website management, online engagement, email marketing, and digital advertising. This role is responsible for building and maintaining an active, authentic, and impactful online presence that supports the Federation&rsquo;s mission and programs.The ideal candidate is a digitally savvy marketer who understands how to create content that performs across platforms, analyzes performance data, and adapts strategies to grow engagement. Strong skills in social media management, Google Ads and Meta advertising, email marketing campaigns, and digital storytelling are essential.DutiesDigital Campaign Management<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to support organizational programs, fundraising efforts, and community engagement goals.</li></ul>Social Media Oversight<ul><li>Manage all organizational social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Maintain and update website event pages and the community calendar.</li><li>Social Media Strategy</li><li>Create and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow followers, increase engagement, and strengthen brand presence.</li></ul>Paid Advertising<ul><li>Design and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).</li></ul>Performance Analysis<ul><li>Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve ROI and engagement.</li></ul>SEO &amp; Audience Research<ul><li>Conduct keyword and audience research to inform content strategy, paid media targeting, and website SEO.</li></ul>Trend Monitoring<ul><li>Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance effectiveness.</li></ul>Community Engagement<ul><li>Foster relationships with online communities, influencers, and partner organizations to expand reach and impact.</li></ul>Reputation Management<ul><li>Monitor online reputation through social listening, respond to inquiries, and address feedback in a timely, brand-aligned manner.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track and evaluate social media analytics, preparing monthly reports to guide strategy and decision-making.</li></ul>Email Marketing Support<ul><li>Contribute to the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and audience engagement initiatives.</li></ul>QualificationsBachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design.<ul><li>Three+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or social media.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools, video creation, and photography.</li><li>Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.</li><li>Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain timelines.</li><li>Ability to work independently, as well as in teams.</li><li>Skilled and updated knowledge of current social media trends, platforms, and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.</li><li>Expert knowledge in WordPress, Meta, and analytics.</li><li>Experience in content management systems (i.e.: Monday.com, etc.) is preferred.</li></ul>Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
