$15.95-$22 am hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities of Receptionist:<ul><li>
Coordinate office activities and operations</li><li>
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)</li><li>
Support bookkeeping</li><li>
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary</li><li>
Submit timely reports</li><li>
Sorting mail</li><li>
Any other duty to help maintain the office</li><li>
Assist colleagues whenever necessary</li></ul> 
Qualifications of Receptionist:<ul><li>
1+ years of experience as a receptionist in a similar setting is required
</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>
Excellent organizational and leadership skills</li><li>
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles</li><li>
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, Excel.</li><li>
High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred</li></ul>
