<div>POSITION SUMMARY:
The candidate must possess a minimum of three (3) years prior experience in managing a Plaintiffs personal injury and/or Workers Compensation caseload. Our ideal candidate will also possess superb interpersonal skills, unquestionable integrity, self-discipline, the ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, a team-player, the ability to multi-task, be an excellent communicator (written and verbal), have knowledge of Needles Case Management Software and be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but may not be limited to the following):
&Acirc;&middot; Ability to manage all aspects of personal injury cases from beginning to end
&Acirc;&middot; Gather, analyze, and research information and documents
&Acirc;&middot; Educate the client on case progression and set appropriate client expectations
&Acirc;&middot; Escalate issues to the attorney and/or supervisor as necessary
&Acirc;&middot; Communicating and corresponding with clients, lien holders, providers and others in the legal community;
&Acirc;&middot; Maintaining client files;
&Acirc;&middot; Calculate and manage deadlines;
&Acirc;&middot; Review, analyze and summarize case files and medical records;
&Acirc;&middot; Preparing various legal documents
&Acirc;&middot; Other duties as assigned. 
SKILLS REQUIRED:
&Acirc;&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
&Acirc;&middot; Needles Case Management Software experience preferred but willing to train
&Acirc;&middot; Proficiency with computers, telephone lines, and other related office equipment
&Acirc;&middot; Must have strong organizational skills; be able to follow instructions, switch tasks quickly and meet deadlines.
&Acirc;&middot; Must exercise sound judgment, work independently, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
&Acirc;&middot; Professional attitude and appearance

&Acirc;&middot; Excellent planning and reporting skills
