Position Summary 
We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. If you&rsquo;re passionate about health and wellness, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression</li><li>
Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner</li><li>
Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately</li><li>
Support the clinic&rsquo;s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members</li><li>
Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries</li><li>
Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software</li><li>
Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment</li><li>
Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred</li><li>
Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills</li><li>
Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment</li><li>
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset</li><li>
Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>
Office management or marketing experience is a plus</li></ul>
Schedule
Saturday and Sunday 9:30am - 5pm @ The Joint Chiropractic Scottsdale Shea

Starting pay: $17-$18 per hour + Bonus</li><li>
