Job Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and a passion for driving online engagement and conversions. This role requires proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns effectively.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.</li><li>Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance marketing techniques.</li><li>Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and drives audience interaction.</li><li>Utilize Google Ads and Facebook Advertising to create targeted ad campaigns that meet business objectives.</li><li>Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop for various marketing materials.</li><li>Maintain content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress to ensure website content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.</li><li>Develop compelling copy for web pages, blogs, emails, and social media posts that resonate with target audiences.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.</li><li>Proficiency in using SEO tools, Google Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and graphic design principles is preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with experience in B2B marketing preferred.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
