Double T Infrastructure LLP We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction operations at our project site in Anna Nagar, Chennai. The candidate will oversee site execution, coordinate with contractors, ensure quality control, maintain safety standards, and ensure that the project progresses as per schedule.Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution &amp; SupervisionOversee daily on-site construction activities. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, technical specifications, and project plans. Coordinate with civil workers, supervisors, and contractors. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.2. Quality Control Inspect workmanship and materials regularly. Conduct quality checks on concrete, steel, shuttering, masonry, finishing, etc. Ensure compliance with IS codes and construction standards.3. Project CoordinationWork closely with architects, structural consultants, and project managers. Resolve technical issues at site. Maintain daily site reports (DPR) and work logs.4. Safety &amp; ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to safety protocols. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers. Report hazards or deviations immediately.5. Material &amp; Resource ManagementMonitor material usage and prevent wastage. Coordinate for timely delivery of construction materials. Track inventory and maintain material records.6. Documentation &amp; ReportingPrepare daily/weekly progress reports. Assist in preparing BOQ, measurements, and billing documentation. Maintain site records, checklists, and inspection reports. Required Skills &amp; Qualifications Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.2&ndash;8 years of site experience in residential or commercial projects.Strong knowledge of construction drawings and structural details. Ability to manage labour teams and contractors.
