Role Summary: Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the materials management function of the logistics department and indirectly supporting the overall sales function. Warehouse Associates are essential to the overall operation of the business. While specific daily tasks can vary depending on the company, a warehouse associate&rsquo;s main responsibility is ensuring that all stock is accounted for, processed, and organized to meet company standards.<div><div>
Exciting work you will do:</div><div>
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:</div><ul><li>
Performing defined warehouse activities specific to the receipt, placement into inventory, selection for shipment, and shipment of stock</li><li>
Pick orders accurately and promptly</li><li>
Pack orders</li><li>
Receive inventory accurately and promptly</li><li>
Restock inventory in designated storage areas</li><li>
Truck loading and unloading according to established procedures</li><li>
Participate in safety initiatives as assigned</li><li>
Accurately identify and count inventory in assigned areas</li><li>
Maintain quality and quantity performance and production standards</li><li>
Must learn how to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, hand trucks, crane, etc.</li><li>
Participate in ongoing general housekeeping of warehouse</li><li>
Check assigned equipment for proper operation/functionality and communicate problems to Warehouse Manager</li><li>
Follow safe work habits and established safety procedures</li><li>
Safely operate additional warehouse equipment</li><li>
Attend meetings and training sessions</li><li>
Other warehouse tasks as assigned</li></ul><div>

Work Experience: Entry Level</li><li>
Analytics/Computer Skills: Ability to use standard office equipment, including but not limited to computerized bar code scanner, printer, and standard warehouse equipment/tools/machines/vehicles. Basic math and reasoning skills.</li><li>
Organization Skills: Excellent work ethic, good verbal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently.</li><li>
Cross-functional skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and through the direction of a Warehouse Manager</li><li>
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization. Know when to request assistance when appropriate, especially when lifting heavy objects.</li><li>

Role Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager is a key member of the Outside Sales Team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Managers. You will be responsible for setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, motivating and coaching your team to achieve those goals. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, as well as key vendors, to ensure that all aspects of the sales process are running smoothly.
