In this position, you will work closely with providers to deliver efficient, high-quality care by supporting both clinical and administrative functions.You will ensure patients are fully prepared for their visits, assist with clinical procedures, and actively contribute to ongoing patient monitoring programs. Your ability to coordinate care, manage essential tasks, and engage with patients will help create a seamless and positive healthcare experience.This paid opportunity offers a supportive, fast-paced, and patient-centered environment where you can expand your skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.Clinical Duties:<ul><li>Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) safely and accurately</li><li>Prepare patients for examinations, including obtaining vital signs and medical history</li><li>Ensure all patient information, labs, and documentation are ready for the provider prior to appointments</li><li>Assist providers during examinations and procedures as needed</li><li>Monitor and document patient blood pressure readings and report abnormalities</li></ul>Medication Management:<ul><li>Process medication refill requests in a timely and accurate manner</li><li>Verify patient information and pharmacy details before submitting refill requests</li><li>Communicate with providers regarding refill approvals and patient needs</li></ul>Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM):<ul><li>Enroll eligible patients into Remote Patient Monitoring programs</li><li>Educate patients on proper use of monitoring devices (e.g., blood pressure cuffs)</li><li>Track and review incoming patient data, especially blood pressure readings</li><li>Notify providers of abnormal readings or concerning trends</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of RPM activities and patient communication</li></ul>Administrative Support:<ul><li>Prepare and organize patient charts prior to appointments</li><li>Ensure all required documentation is complete and up to date</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients regarding follow-ups, instructions, and care plans</li></ul>Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
