 The Killino Firm, P.C., a national law firm concentrating in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases is seeking an experienced plaintiff personal injury attorney to handle a variety of compelling and interesting cases on a local and national level. Experience with catastrophic injuries and wrongful death including malpractice, trucking, and products liability preferred. Deposition, trial, and brief writing is also preferred. Salary plus bonus and percentages available.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>

 Admission to the bar in at least one state.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and courtesy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with legal technology and practice management tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly motivated, resourceful, and capable of driving matters to conclusion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a team environment and capable of taking direction while showing leadership.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Work Location/Hours:

 <li>
 Remote work is permitted, with frequent meetings via Zoom or Teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Depositions and hearings may often be conducted virtually, but some in-person appearances may be required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Full-time professional effort is expected, which may include evening and weekend work, especially for less experienced attorneys.
 </li>
