 Responsibilities

 This Role is On-site in Fort Myers
 </li>
 <li>
 Help develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing of candidates
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate effective employee onboarding and training programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure competitive offerings
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to nonprofit organizations
 </li>
 <li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the nonprofit sector
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
