Job Summary and Duties NYC based immigration law firm seeks self-motivated, bilingual Spanish speaking file clerk for full-time position. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, handle and scan a variety of documents and index the documents into the appropriate systems, file and pull files as needed, archive outdated files and enter data under supervision of paralegals and attorneys. Also provide general administrative and clerical support to the office, including making copies and assisting with other tasks related to document management. Must be bilingual with Spanish as a second language.
