Position Summary
The Registered Medication Aide is responsible for safely and accurately administering medications, monitoring residents, and assisting with daily living activities as needed &mdash; all while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policy.</li><li>
Observe residents for side effects, changes in condition, or unusual reactions and report promptly to nursing staff.</li><li>
Assist residents with personal care and daily activities as needed.</li><li>
Support residents&rsquo; emotional and social well-being through compassionate interactions.</li><li>
Maintain accurate medication records and uphold confidentiality.</li><li>
Promote safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming community atmosphere.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification in the State of VA.</li><li>
Prior experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living preferred.</li><li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>
Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused.</li></ul>

Salary/ Wage Range
