 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support 2 Partners, a Principal, and 3 Vice Presidents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates calls and meetings (internal and external) and sends out corresponding calendar invitations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up conference calls, video conferencing, and projector equipment, and book conference rooms for events and meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare conference rooms for meetings, as well as the breakdown of the room post-meeting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains multiple calendars and intense email traffic, responding promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Book heavy domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transport) and detailed travel itineraries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track business expenses and receipts, log and prepare expense reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain documents in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides backup assistance to other team EAs as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the reception area (answering phones/seating guests) as needed.
 </li>

 Ideal Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in a professional office environment is required; financial services are preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Concur for travel and expenses is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Outlook is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Salesforce preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly self&hyphen;motivated and a self-starter.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to operate in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
 </li>
