Private Newborn Night Nurse PositionPRN- Must be able to work 2+ nights a week during our busy months. This is a flexible position.About BornwellBornwell Newborn Services is a growing team of Registered Nurses, Postpartum Doulas, and Newborn Care Specialists serving families throughout the Southeast. We combine medical knowledge with practical, family-centered care to ensure parents feel supported and confident as they adjust to life with a newborn.What we offer:<ul><li>Regular team communication and mentorship</li><li>Annual pay reviews</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Pay: $28&ndash;$32/hour (based on experience)</li></ul>Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide safe, evidence-based newborn care in the home</li><li>Support infant feeding (breast, bottle, or combination)</li><li>Monitor feeding, diapering, and sleep routines</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized nursery environment</li><li>Educate and support parents on newborn care and postpartum recovery</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with families and the Bornwell team</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active RN license (SC or compact state)</li><li>At least 1 year of newborn, postpartum, or NICU experience</li><li>Infant CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Professional liability insurance (must be maintained as a condition of work)</li><li>Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills</li><li>Local to or within commuting distance of Greenville, SC</li><li>Must be 21 years or older</li></ul>Details<ul><li>Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor</li><li>Pay: $28&ndash;$32/hour (based on experience)</li><li>Work Location: In-person, Greenville SC area</li><li>Shifts: Primarily night shifts</li></ul>To apply, send your resume to emily@thelatchrn.com.
