The Law Office of Charles Medearis is a client-focused firm specializing in personal injury and criminal defense . We're seeking a creative and organized Media Marketing Manager to take charge of our firm's marketing strategy, brand presence, and community visibility.Position Overview: The Media Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of the firm's marketing efforts &mdash; including social media, advertising campaigns, billboards, and vanity phone numbers &mdash; to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support the firm's growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to personal injury and criminal defense audiences.</li><li>Manage and grow the firm's presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Create, schedule, and post engaging content, including videos, graphics, and client success stories (in compliance with legal advertising rules).</li><li>Coordinate billboard campaigns , print ads , and digital advertising initiatives.</li><li>Oversee branding assets, including logos, photography, video content, and marketing materials.</li><li>Track analytics for engagement, reach, and lead generation; adjust strategies based on data.</li><li>Manage and promote the firm's vanity phone numbers and ensure consistent branding across platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop content that reflects the firm's mission and values.</li><li>Maintain relationships with external vendors (designers, media reps, etc.).</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).</li><li>Experience in marketing, social media management, or advertising (experience in legal or professional services a plus).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).</li><li>Creative eye for branding, design, and storytelling.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, or analytics tools is a plus.</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Pay based on experience.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM.</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your resume and sample work (social media, ads, or campaigns).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15.00 - $25.00 la horaHoras previstas: 40 por semanaBeneficios:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Pregunta(s) de postulaci&oacute;n:<ul><li>What experience do you have in media marketing?</li><li>Have you ever created content for an attorney?</li></ul>Lugar de trabajo: H&iacute;brido en Austin, TX 78701
