The Law Office of James Perez, Esq. is seeking a skilled and motivated Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal counsel and representation to clients in various immigration matters. As an Immigration Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, contribute to the success of our clients, and grow within a collaborative and supportive legal environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Representation:</li></ul><ul><li>Provide legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters, including but not limited to family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, asylum, and deportation defense.</li></ul><ul><li>Case Management:</li></ul><ul><li>Manage a diverse caseload and ensure the timely and effective handling of cases.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and file applications with government agencies.</li></ul><ul><li>Client Communication:</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate with clients to understand their immigration goals and keep them informed about the progress of their cases.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide clear and concise explanations of legal options and potential outcomes.</li></ul><ul><li>Legal Compliance:</li></ul><ul><li>Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in each case.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaboration:</li></ul><ul><li>Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to achieve efficient case management.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm on complex cases and legal strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.</li></ul><ul><li>Admission to the bar in California.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing immigration law.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, cover letter, and a writing sample to office@lawyerperez.com.
