We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Content Creator to support and execute content across multiple industries, including telecommunications, health, and legal services. This is an on-site role based in Broward County, working out of our main office and other local business locations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and grow all company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) with engaging, on-brand content</li><li>Shoot, clip, edit, and optimize short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and speeches</li><li>Shoot, write, and edit content for multiple platforms</li><li>Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes</li><li>Use AI tools to streamline content creation, scheduling, analytics, and reporting</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience managing and creating content across multiple social media platforms</li><li>Strong video editing skills, particularly for short-form content</li><li>Ability to adapt content across different industries and audiences</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools and modern content workflows</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and tools</li><li>Creative mindset with a sense of humor and willingness to think outside the box</li></ul>Preferred Traits:<ul><li>Organized and able to manage multiple content streams</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently</li><li>Strong attention to detail and brand consistency</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:Someone who understands how to take content from idea to execution efficiently, can spot trends early, and knows how to turn everyday material into engaging digital content.To Apply:Please submit your resume, portfolio (optional), and links to relevant social media accounts or prior work.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $20.00 - $29.01 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Fort Lauderdale, FL 33319 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
