We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Support member to join our law office. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional legal support while managing various tasks within the Title department.Duties<ul><li>Requesting and reviewing Title reports and Title report updates</li><li>Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records and case files.</li><li>Assist in legal drafting by preparing documents and correspondence as directed.</li><li>Maintain organized files and documentation while also monitoring timeline requirements and deadlines</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with legal standards.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Ability to monitor deadlines and meet timeline requirements</li><li>Prior experience in a Title related position is preferred but not required.</li><li>Keen attention to detail with data entry and document management systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.</li></ul>Join our team as a Title Paralegal where you will play an integral role in supporting our legal professionals while providing outstanding service to our clients.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
