You will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to defending workers' compensation claims including cross-examining physicians, deposing applicants, attending hearings, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice and guidance.We offer a generous employment package that includes production bonuses and paid bar dues.Qualifications<ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation defense and claims management.</li><li>Ability to work independently from home or a remote location.</li><li>Knowledge of employee benefits and insurance policies</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and remotely</li><li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school</li><li>Active license to practice law</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
