If this sounds exciting to you, you might be THE ONE.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with drafting estate planning documents and deeds</li><li>Scheduling appointments for attorneys</li><li>Assist with preparing and filing documents with state courts</li><li>Administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, organizing, answering phone calls, printing, scanning documents,</li><li>Communicating with clients and attorneys</li><li>Proof-reading documents</li><li>Maintaining client files for active cases and ensure files can be quickly and easily located</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>At least one year to two years of law firm experience</li><li>Highly motivated fast learner who is able to work without constant supervision</li><li>Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Experience in estate planning highly preferred</li><li>Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with superb attention to detail</li><li>Excellent verbal and listening skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe required</li><li>Experience with CLIO preferred</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation. Paralegal - Estate Planning and Probate

Job OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for an outgoing, self-directed, and motivated person looking to join our firm as a legal assistant. No previous legal experience required. We are willing to train you and help you grow into this rewarding and exciting position, but you MUST be willing to learn and grow.Good written and verbal communication skills are a must to as the legal assistant will communicate with clients. Proficiency with Word and Excel is expected; knowledge of CLIO, PowerPoint, and Adobe is a plus. You must be comfortable learning other software programs.You will be trained and mentored, but if you are above putting paper in the copier or setting up the conference room, this is NOT the job for you. We&rsquo;re a small, tight-knit group and everyone pitches in wherever needed.
