If this is you, we welcome you to apply and look forward to interviewing you.Job Description:&middot; Manage attorney calendar, answer calls, draft correspondence, and assist with other administrative duties&middot; Draft and edit legal documents.&middot; Maintain deadlines&middot; Maintain confidential file materials&middot; Provide support to AttorneySkills and Requirements&middot; Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and become a subject matter expert.&middot; Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet critical deadlines.&middot; Ability to exercise professional judgment and work under minimal supervision.&middot; Exceptional writing and proofreading skills.&middot; Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, concise, and professional manner.&middot; Ability to handle multiple projects at one time with continuous changing priorities and frequent interruptions.&middot; Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume case load.&middot; Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism.&middot; Excellent word processing and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
