We are seeking passionate Female Preschool and Daycare Teachers to join our team and contribute to creating a fun and educational atmosphere for our young learners.Job Description: As a Preschool and Daycare Teacher at The Learning Curve, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children aged 2 to 5 years old. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing engaging educational programs, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure each child's individual needs are met.Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children in a classroom setting.</li><li>Passion for making a positive impact in the field of early childhood education.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.</li><li>Create a safe and stimulating learning environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.</li><li>Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents</li><li>Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities as required.</li></ul>Freshers are welcome to apply.
