We are looking for a Preschool Teacher to encourage healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children at our Centre. You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination.Roles and Responsibilities - Including but not limited to the following:<ul><li>Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children.</li><li>Provide basic care and caregiving activities.</li><li>Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the curiosity and creativity of children.</li><li>Observe and assess the development of each child, and provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, including providing regular progress reports and responding to their concerns and questions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other important information related to the children.</li><li>Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.</li><li>Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other training opportunities as required.</li><li>Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations related to the operation of the preschool.</li></ul>Work Timings:Evening shift - 11:00 AM &ndash; 7:30 PMMorning shift- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMWorking Days:Monday - Friday.Saturday - Half day.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Total Work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The Coordinator will manage tasks such as handling enquiries and converting them into admissions, dealing with queries as well as complaints and overall Centre Governance.To ensure success in this role, you need to be organized, efficient and be able to communicate effectively with people. Ultimately, you will professionally represent the Company to other people and ensure that all admission operations run smoothly.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Following the admission process set by the school and counseling parents to convert them into admissions.</li><li>Converting leads to admissions.</li><li>Interacting with the teachers to help them plan the necessary academic activities in the school for the students.</li><li>Interacting with the parents to understand their problems and then closing the feedback loop by conveying the details to the teachers to better understand the students.</li><li>Analyzing the previous enquiries and following the laid out processes to improve the school strength.</li><li>Conducting parent orientations so as to ensure that the parents know better about the school.</li><li>Counselor should have all the information about the academics, school activities, Montessori tools &amp; knowledge of teaching aids.</li></ul>Work Timings:Evening shift - 11:00 AM &ndash; 7:30 PMMorning shift- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMWorking Days:Monday - Friday.Saturday - Half day.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
