Hiring a full time position working in our infant-toddler classroom (40 hrs per week) teaching position. 
<ul><li>Minimum 1yr. or more experience working with infant/toddler-aged children (High School diploma or equivalent)</li><li>Leadership Qualities with good organization &amp; a positive personality
</li><li>Team oriented, good communication skills, and positive.</li><li>A Versatile individual that understands and applies teaching styles that embrace DAP (developmentally appropriate practice)</li></ul>
- Pay (depending on experience / education as listed above) ranges include 8.25- 13.00 / hr 
<ul><li>Benefits:</li><li>4 day work week, weekends off</li><li>Supplemental health insurance plans</li><li>Discounted rates for Childcare &amp; Preschool</li><li>Paid training (yearly) 18 hours.
</li><li>Qualifying teachers may also apply for TN Wages program in Childcare for additional compensation. (TN Licensed childcare programs)</li><li>paid holidays after 90 days</li><li>After 1 year employment, receive 40 hours of vacation time yearly</li></ul> 

Duties

Other Responsibilities and Duties include: 
 
Caring for a classroom of children either with a co-teacher or without (solo- lead teacher). 
Providing the curriculum offered to the children in your classroom 
Adhere to schedule and rules set forth by state of TN and DHS regarding childcare and regulated programs 
Communication will be of most importance among families, children, and other staff and administration. 
Keeping accurate training yearly and completed new requirements as needed by St. of TN 
Cleanliness, organization, positive attitude and disposition are musts.

Toddler Teacher -full time 4 days a week

Summary 
 
Bon Aqua Childcare is accepting applications to assist &amp; teach in our school age program.

Cleaning 
washing/ sanitizing
 
Organizing 
Helping others 
Teaching School age students/ helping them in a myriad of ways
 
Communicating to other staff, admin, and parents 
Carrying out daily expectations for care and routines 
 
Requirements 
 
HS diploma required 
18+ years old required 
Strong work ethic and desire to work with children.
 
You are a positive person who genuinely enjoys the work of early childhood education &amp; school aged children.
 
Teamwork oriented 
Understand &amp; can relate to school age children. Realize relationships are valuable &amp; builds upon classroom management techniques to build relationships, trust, &amp; respect. 
 
 
 
Nice To Haves 
 
CPR / First Aid 
Experience in working in an early childhood program 
Experience in working in school age settings 
Multitasking
