We are looking for intelligent and compassionate individuals who want to make a positive impact on our students to join our team!The Instructional Supports Monitor (ISM) is responsible for (a simplified list of job duties):<ul><li>Monitoring staff member implementation of behavioral programs for children, adolescents, and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Residential Care Program.</li><li>Daily review of data collection and reporting including: competency checklists, completing direct and indirect assessments to determine appropriate skill acquisition and goals, completes reports and graphs as assigned, and collaborates with Instructional Supports Specialist and Coordinator of Instructional Supports for ongoing monitoring.</li><li>Ensuring all materials required for the behavioral programs are available for staff and facilitating interdepartmental communication to ensure behavioral programs can be properly implemented.</li></ul>Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in preferred fields of Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related human services fields; experience with behavior analysis preferred; experience with supervision of staff preferred; experience in human services preferred; good driving record preferred.Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.</li><li>Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal standards</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Salary is negotiable with experience and education</li><li>Excellent Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical, Dental, and Orthodontic Health Insurance -- Complementary Vision and $100,000 life insurance policy through Lincoln Life Insurance</li><li>Employer Match 403(b) Retirement Account</li><li>Generous Discretionary Leave Policy</li><li>Paid Training and Professional Development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>403(b)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you at least 19 years of age?</li><li>Have you ever worked with any individuals who engaged in self-injury or aggression to others and/or property?</li><li>Have you ever worked for The Learning Tree, Inc?</li><li>The Learning Tree, Inc. maintains a policy of a Drug and Alcohol-Free work environment.
