Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Establish long-standing and trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Actively handle calls and meet preset performance standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Creating , maintaining and updating spreadsheet data for review and analysis as well as benchmarking performance.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain client interaction logs &amp; handle customer accounts through CRM software.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow communication protocols, rules, and policies</li></ul><ul><li>Maintaining cross departmental communications wherever required and ensure timely resolution is being provided to clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Meeting sales targets and closing on leads as decided by sales team leads.</li></ul><ul><li>Escalate concerns to other departments if it&rsquo;s concerning other departments like operations or logistics or invoicing departments.</li></ul>Qualifications Requirement<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent education</li></ul><ul><li>2 years working experience or 1+ year experience in customer service , sales or client services / interactions</li></ul><ul><li>Good Proficiency in English ( spoken and written )</li></ul>Skills Requirement<ul><li>Proactive working attitude , quick learning ability and good problem solving skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Previous working experience with spreadsheets , data entry , customer service calls is an added advantage in your onboarding</li></ul><ul><li>Open to adapt to organizational changes</li></ul><ul><li>Open to adapt to cross-departmental shuffling if found suitable for other profile in same organization</li></ul>Salary - Around 30-35K (little negotiable based on experience)Location - Mayur Vihar , DelhiJob Type - Full - Time / On-siteTimings - 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (Mon-Sat)Joining Type - ImmediateJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;11,079.70 - &#8377;35,624.26 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Customer service: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
