Mortgage Specialist &ndash; Real Estate (UAE)Job SummaryWe are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Mortgage Specialist to join our real estate team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist clients in securing suitable mortgage solutions for residential and commercial properties, coordinate with banks and financial institutions, and ensure a smooth financing process from application to approval.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Advise clients on mortgage products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and financing options available in the UAE market.</li><li>Assess clients&rsquo; financial profiles, income documents, and creditworthiness to recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with banks, developers, and financial institutions to process mortgage applications efficiently.</li><li>Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process, including documentation, approvals, valuations, and disbursement.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and stay updated on mortgage policies, rates, and market trends.</li><li>Follow up with clients regularly to ensure timely submission of documents and smooth case progression.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly mortgage sales targets and contribute to the company&rsquo;s revenue growth.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.</li><li>Prepare reports on mortgage pipelines, approvals, and conversions for management review.</li><li>Collaborate with real estate agents and sales teams to support property transactions and client financing needs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or real estate financing within the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, banking procedures, and property financing regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze financial documents and provide accurate mortgage assessments.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with UAE banks or mortgage brokerage firms.</li><li>Existing relationships with banking partners and developers.</li><li>Understanding of Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes and property transaction procedures.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Customer-centric approach</li><li>Financial analysis and problem-solving</li><li>Sales and target orientation</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Relationship management</li><li>Time management and multitasking</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary + commission structure</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a leading real estate company</li><li>Professional training and development</li><li>Medical insurance and other UAE labor law benefits</li></ul>Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in working as Mortgage Advisor in Real Estate?</li><li>Are you willing to join immediately?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
