 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 
 As the Global Creative Director at OLA (Our LEGO Agency), you will play a pivotal role within the LEGO agency Global Creative Leadership Team, reporting directly to the VP, Head of Global Creative. This specialist position, which has no direct reports, is essential for driving the creative vision of the LEGO&reg; Brand.
 
 
 Key responsibilities include
 
 
 <ul>
 
 
 <li>
 Drive creative excellence, and impact on business, by leading and making work on global creative platforms and innovation campaigns for the LEGO&reg; Brand
 </li>
 <li>
 Elevate with your strategic thinking and your excellent work the creative output of the LEGO&reg; Brand, consistently seeking modern and innovative solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate a deep understanding and familiarity with modern advertising, digital and social marketing practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct, influence and elevate the work of both senior and junior team members fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with our Global VP, Head of Creative in producing and deploying 360 degrees communication across the globe
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute thought leadership to the innovation of the LEGO&reg; brand &ndash; help evolve and re-imagine at key touchpoints across various channels
 </li>

 Engage with Senior Stakeholders across the LEGO&reg; Group to implement and evolve work

 development is driven out of the LEGO Group&rsquo;s headquarters in Billund, Denmark with five main hubs across four regions CPH, AMS, EMEA, China &amp; APAC. The Global Creative Director position will be based in Boston, USA.

 A proven track-record of delivering influential and creative solutions

 Ability to lead and craft conceptual advertising executions from brief to production

 Compensation
 
 
 
 The salary for this position has a range of $156,432.00 - $234,648.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.

Global Creative Director

Core Responsibilities
<ul><li>Collaborate with the homepage content manager to implement layouts as built to ensure a consistent, high-quality shopper experience across 35 countries and 21 languages.
</li><li>Coordinate with our third-party content management agency to facilitate homepage builds and launches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
</li><li>Maintain and update content reference tools such as the homepage Miro board.
</li><li>Verify the accuracy of homepage content tracking.
</li><li>Assist in setting up and maintaining internal search rules to support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
</li><li>Support creation and update of keywords and synonyms and help handle redirects to improve product discovery.
</li><li>Supervise homepage and internal search performance reports, providing basic analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and shopper trends.
</li><li>Use internal publishing and search tools (e.g., Constructor, CommerceTools, Contentstack) to support daily operations.
</li><li>Partner with team colleagues to support LEGO.com&rsquo;s overall content strategy.
</li><li>Stay curious about ecommerce content and search trends, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

Do you have what it takes?
<ul><li>Ecommerce experience preferred, ideally in a global, direct to consumer environment.
</li><li>Shows a strong inclination towards detail-oriented work.
</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on top of multiple tasks.
</li><li>Open, collaborative communication style, with desire and ability to work globally across cultures and time zones.
</li><li>Understanding or willingness to learn ecommerce tools like Commercetools, Contentstack, Constructor and Adobe Analytics.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
</li><li>Experience with MS Office 365 tools and platforms.
