Your Role in Our Family:</div><div>
At The Levey Law Group, you&rsquo;re more than just an Associate Attorney&mdash;you&rsquo;re part of our family. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our team to support clients, share ideas, and help shape our positive, collaborative culture.</div><div></div><div><br>
Your Responsibilities Will Include:</div><ul><li>
Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, visitation, paternity, protection orders, etc.</li><li>
Provide compassionate and comprehensive legal counsel to clients, guiding them through the complexities of the family court system.</li><li>
Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and briefs with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>
Conduct legal research and analysis on various family law issues to stay updated with current laws and regulations.</li><li>
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with a professional demeanor and strategic approach.</li><li>
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless representation and client service.</li><li>
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance throughout their legal process.</li><li>
Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's family law practice and client base.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
The ideal candidate will embody our core values and bring:</div><ul><li>
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>
Active member in good standing with the state bar association.</li><li>
A minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing family law.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.</li><li>
Proficient in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of family law.</li><li>

Salary: $140k - $150k per year</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Availability from 8 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday to Friday.
